Mago Garden is located 16 miles southwest of Sedona, Arizona, between Sedona and Cottonwood. Sedona is approximately 125 miles north of Phoenix and 40 miles south of Flagstaff, Arizona.
From Phoenix and southern Arizona:
Take Interstate Highway I-17 north to the Cottonwood Exit (exit # 287), Highway 260 and at the traffic signal turn left. Follow Hwy 260 toward Cottonwood for 12 miles to the intersection of 89A where you will turn right going toward Sedona. Continue north on 89A toward Sedona about 3 miles, until you see small brown traffic sign indicating '761' or 'Bill Gray Rd' on the left.
When you turn left here you will see the big yellow Kokopeli on your right where there is Mago Garden Information House. Please stop by at the Information House and get more information about Mago Garden. If you want to just go to Mago Garden, pass the Information House and turn right onto Bill Gray Rd. Continue on this unpaved road for approximately 10.8miles (about 30 minutes) until you see a sign on the left indicating Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center. Turn left at this sign and continue through the cattle guard about 1,000 feet to the gated entrance to Mago Garden. The drive is approximately 2 1/2 hours from the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. From Los Angeles, you take I-10 east to I-17 north (as above) to Mago Garden. The drive is beautiful and takes about 8 hours.
From Flagstaff and northern Arizona:
Take 89A south through Sedona until you see a brown sign indicating '761' or 'Bill Gray Rd' on your right side, and turn right and take 'Bill Gray Rd.'.

The drive from Flagstaff down the switchbacks of Oak Creek Canyon is very beautiful scenic drive. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to drive from Flagstaff.
When you arrive at Sedona Mago Garden you will see signs directing you to the office (Welcome House) for registration and check-in. There you will receive your room assignment and orientation.
